TV Season begins again (well not truly until Lost returns!), so I decided to list down some of the shows that piqued my interest or are currently occupying my time in the couch.
- Back to You -Fraiser reprised! Kelsey Grammer returns as a has-been newscaster re-employed his old TV station. Hilarity ensues when he tries to make sense of his mid-life crisis. Sounds familiar.
- How I Met Your Mother – Season 3 of HIMYM reaches LEGENDARY status. How will Ted move on with his break up with Robin? I don’t really care. I just want more Barney Barney Barney! www.slapcountdown.com
- Boston Legal – Am I the only one that thinks James Spader and Will Shatner is brilliant in this show? Beyond-quirky lawyers seem so appealing to me and make me wanna take up the profession. I’d wonder how Spader will defend Cpl Dave Teo?
- Reaper -Anything with Kevin Smith writing looks appealing to me. Story of a kid whose parents sold his soul to the devil, now he has to do the devil’s work of rounding up stray souls on the earth. Think ‘Superbad’ meets ‘Buffy, Vampire Slayer’.
- Robot Chicken – Pok pok pok, pok pok pok, pokka pokka pok pok pok… POKKK (The ending theme in lyrics)
- Family Guy – Season opened with Blue Harvest, a Family-Guy retelling of Star Wars Ep. 4 – A New Hope. I just love Herbert as Obi-wan!
- Two and a Half Men – Classic styled sitcom. Love it.
- Heroes – For a show that is only half-interesting; half of the character’s stories I actually CARE about, it still warrants a spot on my Hard drive. Just because of superheroes.
- Lost – Religious duty.
- CSI – Religious duty.
Once again, I say, I NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE!!!! Else this Video-Ezy close down!!!

I’m currently halfway through my Holidays, the general feeling is jadedness; not really sian-ness though. I’ve been heading out with my clique alot these few weeks, “celebrating” our singlehood (in our own funny way). Just been feeling bound as if I couldn’t do anything productive in this month or so.
Not that I’m an attention getter, but I guess I lack stuff to feed my ego recently (as awful as it sounds); just feeling like I’m the least priority in anybodies’ mind now, which leads to thoughts that make me self-conscious whether I’m that detestable as a person.
Well the truth is I don’t really know, nobody tells me anything now, kinda sucks everyone wants to be so politically correct now; or too frank. Kinda hard to read between the lines.
I guess I’m just not content on being Carter anymore. I just hate myself for being so “useless” sometimes, but I really its true when they say you find God when you come to the end of yourself. Self-frustration is so frustrating cause you can’t simply leave the room this person is in.
Coming to the end of ability, my talent, my dreams. What does the rest of the world know me for? Sometimes I get mixed feelings of joy and sadness when people come to me for certain things.
How to fix my PSP/Software/Game? – Look for Carter.
Help me with my Guitar? – Carter.
TV Shows? Anime? Latest Movies?
…And the list goes on.
I’m happy that they know I’m talented/knowledgeable in these things, but it saddens me it rarely goes beyond these things.
Am I that shallow? Or it is just I portray myself this way? Is it that hard to peer into my soul?
Stop being shallow friends. I’ve have enough of them already.
And you wonder why I stop trying expressing myself to you anymore.
As a side note, I’ve been enjoying the only Elton John album I own;just love how the lyrics mean so much and are easy to sing along to.

Another comics great has just passed away, I’m sorry if I’m abit late but just heard about Mike’s passing not too long ago, he wasn’t one of my favorite artists but his art style is certainly unique and his iconic work can’t be missed; hes worked on Spider-man, Fantastic Four and the Flash. Godspeed Mike, where ever you are.

In a shocking development today, Jose Mourinho left Chelsea with reasons yet unknown. Whether he was fired or he dismissed himself is still not clear but what is obvious is that Chelsea has lost a talented manager. The Special One brought all the domestic titles to Stamford Bridge in a 3 year span. To me, he provided entertainment in a otherwise boring managerial world in the EPL. Always outspoken and often sarcastic, he wasn’t afraid to stand up for his players and challenged referees and opposition alike. His press conferences were often littered with subtle jabs and convenient naiveness relating to controversy .
Jose, we will miss you, Godspeed to where you go. I; as a Chelsea Fan, salute your achievements at this club.

This my dog Fluffy with his duckie. Needless to say, he almost bit my hand off when I tried to pilfer his duckie. He looks harmless but he belongs to Wimbeldon’s Crazy Gang. Gives new meaning to a Mad Dog.

OK guys its been around 3 weeks since my last (real) post, and no I haven’t been outta the country (unless you count JB) or on the run or something. It my holidays and actual things I’ve just been holed up at home dragging myself around. Well not really, lets see what I’m really up to…
- WoWing, Leveling my Warlock and I just created a Orc Warrior named Tammy. Rofl, its just tickles me that people are getting beat up by a Orc with a girls name.
- DOTAing, ding ding ding in comes the ip.
- PSPin, FF7 – Crisis Kaur just came out, navigating through the Japanese takes time you know!
- Drama Dance Lessons, ITS NOT EZ YOU KNOW! Especially when you have a history of inflexibility in your muscles! I’m crying inside just to stretch! Its already a miracle. Actually I have a condition that causes me to lose balance easily, I know cause I took a medical test on a machine, a machine that costs a few million dollars just to test the limits of your sense of balance. Well. I failed. Miserably. At least the test costs were covered by my 11B.
- Cooking, I’m no Jamie Oliver but I decided to do something productive with my free time to learn some dishes that I personally like. And with the drama ministry as my willing guinea pigs… so far I’ve cooked for them Lasagna, Cajun Chicken + Shrimp and Chicken Wraps. I’d say… passable lah.
- Writing, sometimes I hate my mind. Its just so messy and I’m just a scatterbrain. Ideas come and go at will. I also have musical senility. Its not my choice that I have to write in the spur of a moment cause I really lose the idea easily. Thats why my scripts and my songs I write never seem to finish.
- Watching Stand-up Comedy, some of the real professionals really awe me; been watching George Carlin, Bill Maher, etc. Even some of them are vulgar and the like, you can’t but help to be amazed at some of the quick wits they have. In fact, sometimes they really speak things at it is in this crazy world we live in. They rationalize (and trivialize) and dissect certain issues that are otherwise too boring or hard to understand. You know, sometimes the wisest people are the jesters. And if you don’t get the jokes… maybe you can settle for lower crass humor? (Little Britain) Sorry; cheap shot there, but if you think Little Britain is exceptionally profound.. (roll eyes) I think you don’t understand what blue collar humor is. (Await the troll flaming).OK, whatever floats your boat ok?
- Number-Balling, I’m just pleased I’m not as sucky at it as I thought. At the expense of other people of course.

Hey guys, I know I haven’t been updating recently. Me lifes’ kinda topsy-turvey recently (in a good way) so I haven’t really got the time to update (or when I do I usually forget what I wanna write down, thanks SENILITY). I’ll be posting really soon so all ya Jaimes fans out there won’t be twiddling ya thumbs any more! Don’t worry! I haven’t forgot about all of ya (all 4 of my fans)!
